Refund policy

All products sold by Aurasafe Solutions Limited (ASL Digital Store) are digital downloads delivered instantly upon purchase. Because these are digital goods that cannot be returned once accessed, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds simply for change of mind.

By purchasing, you acknowledge that you are waiving your standard 14-day cooling-off right under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, as your access to the digital content begins immediately after payment.

Exceptions — we will offer a replacement or refund if:

• The file is corrupted, faulty, or fails to open

• You received the wrong product

• You did not receive a working download link within 24 hours of purchase

How to request support:

Contact us at waheed@asldigitalstore.com within 7 days of purchase with your order number and a description of the issue. We’ll respond within 1–2 business days and resolve it with a corrected file, replacement, or refund where applicable.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015.
